It is prohibited to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app itself, along with all related trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, belong to UniVerse.
By downloading or using the UniVerse app, you consent to the use of any visible user content (including usernames, profile photos, names, shared images, texts, videos, and audio content) by UniVerse for advertising, marketing, promotional, or other communication purposes. You acknowledge that this content may be used in both digital and physical formats, that no additional permission will be requested for such use, and that you will not claim any copyright or fees related to this usage.
By downloading or using the UniVerse app, you also agree to the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, acknowledge that these rules are binding, and understand that failure to comply with them may result in various sanctions. You accept that UniVerse reserves the right to impose measures such as warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent access bans to the app for violations of these terms. You understand that these measures are implemented to maintain application security and uphold community quality standards.
If you knowingly engage in any actions prohibited by these terms, you acknowledge your awareness of potential penalties and agree not to take any counteraction or appeal against these measures. You accept in advance any sanctions that may be imposed by UniVerse for violations of these terms. You also confirm that in any legal proceedings arising from these violations, you will not object to any penalties or claims for compensation sought by UniVerse and will not take legal action against them.
UniVerse is dedicated to ensuring that the app remains as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify or charge for the app or its services at any time and for any reason. If any charges are to be applied, we will inform you of the payment terms clearly in advance.
Data Collection and Security
The UniVerse app, stores and processes personal data that you have provided to enable us to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not “root” or “jailbreak” your device, as this process, which removes software restrictions imposed by the official operating system of your device, can make it vulnerable to malware or security threats and may result in the app not functioning properly or at all.

Third-Party Service Providers Used
Connectivity and Responsibility
Some features of the app may require an active internet connection. The connection can be via Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but UniVerse is not responsible for the app’s functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your data allowance.
If you are using the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, you should remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider will apply. As a result, your mobile provider may charge you for the data used during the connection while accessing the app or any other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill-payer for the device on which you are using the app, we assume that you have received permission from the bill-payer to use the app.
Similarly, UniVerse is not responsible for how you use the app. For example, it is up to you to ensure that your device remains charged. If it runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, UniVerse cannot be held liable.
App Updates and Termination
While UniVerse aims to keep the app updated and provide accurate information, it relies on third-party data and cannot accept liability for any losses directly or indirectly resulting from inaccuracies. You may need to download updates to continue using the app. UniVerse does not guarantee that the app will always be suitable for you or that it will work with your device’s operating system versions. However, we seek your consent to accept app updates.
UniVerse reserves the right to discontinue or terminate the app’s availability. Unless otherwise specified, in the event of termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will cease, and (b) you must stop using the app and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
